Customer satisfaction is our prime objective, and we make all the chances to be as effective as possible to serve you on time and for that, we are utilizing standard and finest courier service to ensure that each delivery is important and done without any delay or hassles. Being our precious customer, we want you to understand our shipping policy which is given below.

We do pan India Delivery:

In any case, if the delivery is not successful or the customer is unavailable at the delivery address the courier service company will keep the product for 3 days and will send the same to our office. To ensure proper delivery we want the customers to specify proper delivery instructions during order placement. If the delivery is unsuccessful and the customer has not provided any specific instruction, the customer has to pay additional charges if required.

If the customer wants us to deliver the product at their address despite their unavailability, leaving the product at the address without a signature then we expect the customer to give required instructions prior. In this case, the customer has to make sure that the package will be safe and understand that neither we nor the courier service company is not responsible for the loss of the product. Moreover, after placing the order, if the shipment is dispatched, extra charges will be incurred if the customer wants to change the delivery address.

Time to Delivery:

For the orders which the customers pay while placing the order, we will deliver the product within 3 business days whereas if it is cash on delivery our customer support agent will talk to you to confirm the payment, delivery address and fix the issue if any and the shipment will be done within 2 business days if the order is confirmed.

Cancellation:

Regarding the Cancellation of any order, we expect our customers to send a written (email at support@seedballs.in ) request within a day after placing the order. We don’t encourage any cancellation requests if the order is dispatched. We also have the right to cancel the order in any case.

Goods Damaged or Faulty:

We believe that all the goods that you purchase from our website are of the best quality and serves their purpose. We are committed to providing only the best products to our customers. But in any case, if the product is faulty, we would try to fix the issues as soon as possible depending on the type of the fault. We always try to ensure that the information provided on our website is accurate, but we cannot assure that it will be free from fault. We don't take responsibility for the appropriateness of the purpose of the products available on our website.
